However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Return & Refund Policy makes it simple to resolve your concerns.

🔄 1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You received an item different from what was ordered.

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

⚠️ Non-returnable items:
Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or special conditions. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

⏳ 2. Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

You will be guided through the process and may be asked to share clear photos or videos as proof.

🚚 3. Return Pickup

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address where possible.

  • In some cases, you may be required to self-ship the item to our return address.

  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

💳 4. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

🔁 5. Replacement Option

If you prefer, we can offer a replacement product instead of a refund (subject to availability).
If the replacement item is not available, a full refund will be issued.

🚫 6. When Returns May Be Rejected

Return or refund requests may be denied if:

  • The product is used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition.

  • The return request is raised after the allowed period.

  • The product falls under the non-returnable category.

🧾 7. Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it within 12 hours of placing the order.
A 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
