You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You received an item different from what was ordered.

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or special conditions. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address where possible.

  • In some cases, you may be required to self-ship the item to our return address.

  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5โ€“7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

If you prefer, we can offer a replacement product instead of a refund (subject to availability).
If the replacement item is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Return or refund requests may be denied if:

  • The product is used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition.

  • The return request is raised after the allowed period.

  • The product falls under the non-returnable category.

If your order hasnโ€™t been shipped yet, you can cancel it within 12 hours of placing the order.
A 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
